The members of JBS and their partner are people who feel best in an environment of mutual respect and recognition, who performs as well as they can, and who show creativity even in difficult times.

For this reason, it’s simply natural that in their search for orientation in economically difficult times a growing number of entrepreneurs are (re)discovering the importance of human values.

Many of them put these values into practice in their day-to-day business.

In order to ensure continuity and sustainability in waters which are often rough, it is, however, necessary to be constantly alert and cultivate these values, following the example of role models. But one thing is sure: those who only pretend to be guided by these values will quickly be punished by their customers and colleagues.

Companies striving to implement value-oriented management thus require managers with leadership skills who are guided by human values and who create an environment of mutual respect and hierarchical recognition.

Managers with leadership skills guided by value-oriented management principles and persons who have a vision for their life and want to make a contribution – for themselves, for others, for the community of people

reconsider every day anew their personal beliefs, conduct and values and live by them are conscious of their conduct, question it and ask themselves:“Am I actually doing what I said I would and intended to do?” Their conduct is consistent and thus authentic.

Assume responsibility for their actions and do not try to blame others. They do not use pretexts, justifications or excuses. They stand by what they say and do.

Ask themselves if the result “is not the desired one”: “What part did I contribute to the fact that the situation is as it is, and what can I do to change this situation?” Thanks to this they can find constructive solutions.

Honesty, understanding and empathy for themselves and for others are the principles by which managers with leadership skills are guided in their value-oriented management.

This management approach only requires the managers’ deliberate decision to observe these human values.

Our community of shared business values will successfully implement its projects and pursue its elite objects in this sense.
